  1. BGS Global Hospitals most of the doctors are young and inexperienced. This is a BGS and Global hospital joint venture,to make a profit from a middle class people.
The cost of Dialysis in BGS is 3000 Rs but in other hospitals its less than 1500 Rs . The medicine cost is 10 % higher than the market rate. The real fact is BGS global hospital kengeri dont have experienced doctors especially in the neurology and neuro surgery. Its one of the costliest hospital in Bangalore and people should avoid going for this hospital. If they suggest surgey please take 5 doctors opinion ,if 3 or more suggesting surgery go for it otherwise patient will die . They simply do brain surgery for brain stroke people just to make money .
The average cost of ICU is 20,000 per day and average cost for whole treatment is 8000000(8 Lakhs).Rich people and having health insurance of more than 5 lakhs should think of BGS Global Hospital BGS Global Hospitals most of the doctors are young and inexperienced. This is a BGS and Global hospital joint venture,to make a profit from a middle class people.

  2. *BGS Global Hospital Neurology department Most of the doctors are young and Inexperienced

*They are not competitive enough to save life of a critically ill patients

    * Death is compulsory if a brain stroke patient is admitted to stroke ICU of BGS global hospital

*They don't have a effective protocol to save the life of massive brain stroke patient

*Each doctor gives different opinion for the same patient in neurology dept

*They are very good at prolonging the life of a critically ill patient by providing ventilator, nor adrenalyl injection for heart to function , dialysis

*They simply say that the patient is STABLE even though he is near to death

*STROKE ICU is very costliest ICU in ASIA per day its almost more than 25000 RS

*Please don't trust BGS Global Neurology doctors

*If there is a need of surgery please take the openion of minimum 5 doctors and 4 of them says surgery is needed go ahead else think of alternative way

*Please dont think of surgery in BGS global hospital

*BGS Global hospital is costly and not worth to visit this hospital

*BGS Global hospital is mainly to make a profit not for servicing the society

*BGS Global hospital neurology doctors are not good at taking the decisions for surgery

*they do surgery most of the time even if its not required

*Never Ever take brain stroke patients to BGS Global hospital

*BGS Global hospital is very far away from bangalore city

*All the above information is genuine and I wrote above information by heart because I lost my father in BGS Global Hospital Kengeri

  3. Hello Shivakumar

Sorry to hear about your father. I am seriously surprised with what went wrong, was it late treatment or wrong diagnosis on part of doctors or just pure negligence.

    Take care and regards

  4. Some people talking about high charges in Global hospitals. The fact is in the global hospital they make sure to sell their properties if any one is admitted in the hospitals.

Actually they have two businesses in same campus ,one is hospital other one is lodging provided to the the patient but the charges equal to star hotels and they make sure minimum days to be in as per their internal hidden policy.

If you want to go to global hospitals sell your proprieties and go.

  5. Ya I do agree ,In global hospitals *Chennai and Hyderabad)they treat patients not as sick person but feel they are money making machines for them.

Once admitted we have to sell our properties to come out form the hospitals.

Very great business lodging cum hospitals.

  6. my true first hand experience regarding BGS hospital.
My mom complaining of stomach burn suspecting acidity in the stomach was taken to BGS by me. Dr. Ravindra BS(Gastro) diagnosed her with neuro Endocirne tumor of pancreas and referred to Dr. Srikanth G from the same hospital and as per Dr Srikanth(Gastro surgery director) advised me that surgery is a must and subsequently got my mom admitted for surgery. Post surgery, he told me it was not pancreatic cancer but duodenum tumor. After that my mom's bile juice output would continuously increase. The entire Gastro Surgical team came up repeatedly with plan A, plan B, plan c at the expense of the patient's emotions and cost and finally delivered a dead body to us on the date of discharge. Cause of death was massive pulmonary embolism. u only get reasons as to why this happenned. Doctors inspite of having long list of degrees against their names and charging high amount dont have the knowledge and expertise to deal with complicated patients (my mom was taking anti psychotic drugs and this was revealed to them before admission to hospital). My mom died in the hospital becoz the doctors could not prevent pulmonary Embolism which i read is a common threat to immobile patients (like during surgery). Please avoid BGS. when they handed me the dead body, I was given a bill of Rs. 5.8 lakhs)..
BGS is costly but they cant handle complications. they give you only medical reasons after reasons. All u get is a dead body and a bunch of medical reasons. Avoid BGS if you value your dear ones. It was the biggest mistake of my life to put my mom under the care of Dr. Srikanth. My mom would have survived for a few more years even if surgery was avoided. Dr. Ravindra yoou should not have referred my mom to dr. Srikanth

  7. I would like to narrate my experiences when I visited your hospital.

I visited your Orthopedic Dept. for arthritis check up on 6.11.2013.
I had registered earlier and I was asked to come at 12.00 noon.
I was there well on time , completed registration formalities
    and waiting for my turn.

At 12.15 pm all the staff including the doctors and
department reception counter staff were missing. They all
were assembling in a different hall celebrating some birthday.
All of them returned only at 12.45 pm making all the patients
wait for nearly half an hour.

Dr. C. Ranganath hurriedly attended a couple of patients and
said he was going for lunch; will be back after half an hour.

I was told the arthritis package included x- ray , ESR,CRP
    consultation, physio therapy etc.

When my turn came Dr Ranganath examined me for less than 1 minute.
Though I told I had pain in both the legs, he asked for x ray of one leg.
No ESR, CRP or any other test.

After the x ray report came he spoke to me for less than 1 minute.
He had no time or patience to answer any of my queries.
He prescribed some tablets and asked me to leave.

I felt this kind medical guidance and treatment are really useless.

    With warm regards,

  9. Worst hospital...Their insurance department don't work after 5pm on Saturday. ..even if the doctors are ready to discharge on Saturday evening or Sunday. ..patients have to wait till Monday afternoon to get discharged....They are minting money from insurance providers and patients by not processing the insurance formalities for discharge during the weekend...

Insurance providers should make it mandatory for all hospitals to provide 24/7 support for processing cashless insurance claims...
