Guess who's hosting the opening game for 2012 IPL, the coming year - ofcourse Chennai! Chennai Super Kings have emerged as Leaders after two consecutive wins in IPL 2010 and IPL 2011. Moreover Chennai being the homeground of Chennai Super Kings is on the top of the world to host the opening ceremony. The forthcoming IPL 2012 Tournament is about to begin from 4th of April 2012. Though not much could be spoken about the schedule and IPL 2012 team, yet this popular tournament which will be carried out for the course of 54 days this year in 2012 will have its opening ceremony in Chennai for sure. This would be Chennai 2nd opportunity to host the opening ceremony as they did host one in 2010, where they also went on to win the title.
